All products offered are made to order or custom printed, requiring time and materials. Due to the customized nature of each order, I am unable to offer refunds once your order has been placed. However, if there are any issues with the print or product upon arrival, please contact me WITHIN 5 DAYS (of delivery) for a replacement. Proofs of custom orders are provided to ensure satisfaction before and up to completion. Please contact me before placing an order should you have any questions.
